How do I return an item?
Returns are accepted under special circumstances. Any desire to return product must first be communicated to Periowave's customer service. Please use the "Contact Us" link for more information. If your return is authorized, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for returning your product. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the product.
Shipping Policy We use UPS to ship our products. UPS delivery options for your order are available during the checkout process. Date of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Shipping costs will be included in your order total and identified for your convenience.
